Do I need an account to get paid?
You do. The person paying you does not. Share a link or a QR, they pay in the coin they like, and the dollar amount you asked for lands in your Nimbo Financial balance.
How do limits work?
New accounts start with a monthly deposit and card-load ceiling you can see in your wallet. Reach it and your money is not rejected: it waits in a pending balance until our team reviews it or raises your limit.
Is there a monthly cost?
Only while you hold a card: Nimbo Classic is $10.00 a month, taken from the card balance, plus a percentage when you load it and a one-time activation fee. Holding a balance, checking it, getting paid or sending to friends costs nothing.
What if I send on the wrong network?
Each deposit address is for one coin on one network, and we say which on the screen. Every address also carries a refund address you give us, so a failed swap is returned there instead of being lost.
Can your staff see my card number?
No. Card numbers and security codes are encrypted at rest and are only decrypted for you, after you confirm your password. The back-office never displays them.
What happens to my money if I stop using it?
It stays in your balance. There is no inactivity fee and you can move it onto a card whenever you want.
